**Responsibilities:**
- Prospect and research potential customers through various channels to generate a high-quality lead pipeline.
- Manage marketing qualified leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Conduct effective discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits and added value.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead to close, including effective negotiations.
- Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record in selling solutions with at least 5 years of work experience.
- Experience in SaaS Solutions and/or the transport/logistics sector is not required but is a clear advantage.
- Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and open-minded, with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic product and market environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
