Sales Executive for Central Spain Region

Role Overview
MotorK is the leading SaaS company in Europe, specializing in the automotive sector. We are looking for an Area Sales Executive to join our busy Sales team in Spain, covering the regions of Madrid area, Castilla la Mancha, North of Extremadura and Comunidad Valenciana.
Main Responsibilities
The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for growing and nurturing the pipeline, developing new relationships and strategies to boost results. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing sales strategies/approaches for the Car Dealers' market in Spain
- Identifying potential clients and decision makers within our target group
- Building and managing a solid sales network and pipeline
- Prospecting for potential new clients and turning this into increased business
- Converting pre-qualified leads into new clients
- Developing and executing new business proposals, making high-profile presentations to clients, negotiating and closing deals
- Collaborating with delivery and success teams
Requirements
Our ideal Area Sales Executive will have previous experience working within a fast-paced environment, preferably within the automotive sector or SaaS. Key requirements include:
- Native in Spanish and fluent in English
- Bachelor's Degree or in Business or Marketing is a plus
- Well-organized, hands-on and proactive approach capable of working under pressure
- Team player attitude
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Confident and self-assured appearance
Work Pattern and Location
The role will be a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week), working Monday to Friday, with a field-based role covering the specified regions. Ideally based in Madrid.
