Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Manager to join our team at Exoticca. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with third-party marketing partners, driving traffic and sales to Exoticca via these channels.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and Manage Partnerships: Negotiate rates and terms with existing marketing partners, and source new, scalable partnerships to collaborate with.
- Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaigns, product, and partner performance to optimize our planning strategy and effectively invest and monitor our marketing budget.
- Publication Calendar Management: Work with internal stakeholders to manage and maintain our publications calendar, ensuring a high publication intensity with a strong focus on achieving and maintaining a healthy ROI.
- Budget and Revenue Management: Forecast and manage budgets and revenue performance for the Partnerships team.
- +4 years of digital experience in leading teams to deliver ambitious objectives via marketing partnerships.
- Experience in building profitable long-term collaborations.
- Analytical thinking.
- Negotiation, commercial, and marketing skills are a must.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, proactive, team player, hands-on, and results-driven.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
