Partnerships Manager

Exoticca is a pioneering online travel agency that has revolutionized the conception, production, and e-commerce of long-distance dream trips. As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating life milestones through unforgettable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate rates and terms with existing marketing partners and source new, scalable partnerships to collaborate with.
- Analyze campaigns, product, and partner performance to optimize our planning strategy and effectively invest and monitor our marketing budget.
- Work with internal stakeholders to manage and maintain our publications calendar, ensuring a high publication intensity with a strong focus on achieving and maintaining a healthy ROI.
- Forecast and manage budgets and revenue performance for the Partnerships team.
- 4+ years of digital experience in leading teams to deliver ambitious objectives via marketing partnerships.
- Experience in building profitable long-term collaborations.
- Analytical thinking.
- Negotiation, commercial, and marketing skills are a must.
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, team player, hands-on, and results-driven.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
