Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in the USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for breaking into new retail accounts, maintaining existing relationships, and increasing market share in North America and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve defined financial goals and strategic objectives for entering new retail companies.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing sales relationships with key clients to foster and develop mid and long-term business with large key accounts.
  • Conduct continuous market research to identify new opportunities in accordance with the retail sector's evolution.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on best options and solutions for their needs, suggesting Kendu's products to enhance their Points of Sale.
  • Collaborate in the definition of price policies and commercial conditions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc corporate presentations for clients.
  • Support the management and coordination of all project stages from proposal and quote preparation through delivery and installation.
  • Keep clients informed on manufacturing status, delivery times, and any potential issues.
  • Monitor clients' payment delays.
  • Represent Kendu Retail, S.L. at US-based retail, visual merchandising, and in-store technology events.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Kendu's products and their technical aspects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in Sales Account Management.
  • Experience with CRM applications.
  • Fluent Spanish is a must.
  • Availability for constant travel is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and sound people skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive hands-on attitude; team player who can work remotely efficiently.
  • Good negotiator with the ability to cope with demanding standards under tight deadlines.

  • Proficient with Excel and Office 365; Power BI is a plus.
