About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at CommScope. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth in our line of business accounts through expanding client relationships, developing solutions to existing accounts, and prospecting with non-users of our CommScope Ruckus portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships
- Prospect and engage with new customers to increase funnel volumes and deliver revenue streams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Specialists, Professional Services, and Field Sales, to create opportunities and drive sales
- Manage and grow our Tier 2 Partners, directly manage medium-sized deals with end users, and serve as the primary outbound prospecting engine
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our CommScope Ruckus technology, brand, and global market leadership to effectively communicate value to customers
Requirements
- High level of English and almost native level of German
- Knowledge of the IT sector and understanding of the sales cycle
- Consistent track record of coaching, influencing, and closing deals
- Professional knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions
- Demonstrates aptitude for account mapping and using online tools and resources to conduct research and due diligence to understand client business drivers
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships
- High energy, commitment, and dedication to exceeding company goals
- Demonstrates drive and determination to achieve objectives and overcome obstacles to deliver results
