Customer Success Manager Spain

As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for managing the success of our local clients/customers in the Spanish market. Your primary goal will be to establish a trusted advisor relationship with customers, helping them succeed with our platform and ensuring they receive maximum value from our solution throughout their lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a deep understanding of our product and speaking with customers about the most relevant features or functionalities for their specific requirements.
- Managing the onboarding process, training, and implementation.
- Proactively engaging with customers to identify expansion opportunities.
- Increasing renewals and reducing churn by early identification, escalation, and mitigation of risks.
- Collecting and managing feedback/requests, NPS improvement, and analyzing reviews.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management managing a portfolio of customers.
- Business fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken; an additional language (Dutch, Spanish, French) would be a huge plus.
This is a remote position in Spain, where you will be working for our Amsterdam office. You will be hired remotely through the Spanish entity of our global employment partner.
