We're looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our Inside Sales team as an intern. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment, engaging with current and potential clients, and contributing to customer success.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Engaging in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, to identify new business prospects within our existing software install base.
  • Proactively following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivered services and gathering feedback to improve our sales pitches.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales enablement, and product development, to enhance sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Handling customer inquiries, mediating concerns, and providing solutions that maintain and strengthen client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships quickly. We're looking for the following languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German, French, Nordic languages.

This internship will provide you with the opportunity to develop both soft and hard skills through seminars, mentorship, and coaching. You'll also experience working in a vibrant office with colleagues from over 15 nationalities and have access to a hybrid work model.
