Strategic Sales and Program Manager for Global Account Expansion

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead our SSR-Assisted program, which aims to provide account management support to Amazon Business customers through in-person calls. The ideal candidate will have both sales and product/program management expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Indirectly manage a team of sales agents worldwide
  • Define use cases and roadmap for the AB SSR-A program
  • Report and optimize towards goals, priorities, and success metrics
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify new opportunities
  • Create content and build mechanisms to educate agents and customers
  • Work with Product managers' team to identify customer-specific needs
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Math/Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar field
  • 6+ years' experience in project or program management, or related roles
  • Experience with SQL and ETL jobs, ability to generate insights from data
  • Strong bias for action and stakeholder management
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communications

Salary Estimate:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
