Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative with French fluency to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uncover and qualify prospective customer needs, understand business processes, and identify opportunities to add value with Denodo solutions.
  • Research target companies and key decision makers to identify their business challenges and needs for Denodo solutions.
  • Effectively introduce and represent the Denodo product, highlighting its features and benefits.
  • Schedule opportunities to engage with prospects and members of the Denodo sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to continuously improve lead generation and follow-up processes.
  • Qualify accounts for short- and medium-term opportunities and accurately update CRM software with customer data.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, business development, or sales development with enterprise software or high-tech products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and French, with additional languages a plus.
  • Superior outbound calling, prospecting, and lead generation skills.
  • Strong ability to explain concepts and superior listening, phone, and written communication skills.
  • Able to lead prospects to understand how Denodo solutions can solve their pain points and deliver value to their business.
  • Sincere interest in people and a high degree of comfort communicating with senior-level executives via various mediums.
  • Patient and persistent, with the ability to make multiple attempts to reach target.
  • Keen ability to think on your feet, learn quickly, and adapt to changes.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and good computer skills.
