Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads generated by our Growth team and B2B marketing efforts in the French market. As the primary point of contact, you will understand client needs, introduce them to our solutions, and convince them of our value proposition.


You will work closely with our Account Executive team to close deals and provide necessary information. This role involves taking care of new leads, becoming an expert in our solution, and managing your book of business.



Requirements

  • French as a native language and high-professional English skills
  • Previous sales experience in a web, tech, or startup environment (internship included)
  • Rigorous, resilient, and able to adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication skills and persuasion abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process includes a phone call with a Talent Acquisition Manager, a 30-minute interview with Aletta, Senior Director of Business Development, and a case study to demonstrate sales skills.



$45,000 - $60,000 per year
