About the Role
At Amazon, we're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Cloud Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Amazon Cloud Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) among startups and scaleups in the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 100+ startup and scaleup customers, providing support and guidance to help them scale and grow.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, and solution architecture, to execute coordinated go-to-market strategies and sales plays.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including founders, CxOs, and VC influencers, to accelerate customer adoption and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, including AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, with a strong track record of success.
- Experience developing and executing account plans, as well as building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
