Senior Business Development Representative

The ideal candidate will have native-level proficiency in French, good English language skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships with customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.
We offer a competitive salary (€45,000 - €55,000 per year) and a range of benefits including flexible working hours, hybrid working, 25 days of vacation per year, private health insurance, and more. - Provide telephone consultations to key business customers regarding commercial kitchen technology products.
- Sell high-quality solutions to restaurants, hotels, and small businesses through outbound calls.
- Create individual offers, including clarifying details such as availability and conditions, in collaboration with business partners and respective teams.
- Track customer inquiries and individual offers until successful completion.
- Briefly: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to provide technical expertise, identify opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Native-level proficiency in French and good English language skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present yourself in a friendly and professional manner over the phone.
