Business Lead for Motors Growth

Wallapop, a leading Barcelona-based scale-up, is seeking an exceptional Business Leader to spearhead the growth of our Motors vertical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
We are currently the largest advertising platform for second-hand cars from private sellers in Spain, and we aim to continue this high growth by expanding into the dealer market and creating synergies within our portfolio of offerings. Our ideal candidate will possess knowledge of and passion for the automobile industry, with experience in business management and/or strategic consulting in classifieds and/or e-commerce.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results against ambitious P&L targets, as well as experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth through innovation and customer-centric initiatives. A bachelor's or master's degree in business or engineering is required, and fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
