About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your main tasks will include:

  • Developing Business Strategies: You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Building Relationships: You will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: You will track and manage our sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and converting leads into sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer Orientation: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Languages: Native-level German and fluency in English (B1 certification sufficient for certain clients).
  • Education: A valid school diploma or bachelor's degree.

Benefits:
