Job Summary

Forestown is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our tobacco sales efforts globally. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and optimize sales channels, including exports, travel retail, and domestic duty-paid channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product development, marketing, and logistics.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Manage sales forecasting and demand planning to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize costs.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in tobacco sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of tobacco sales channels, including exports, travel retail, and domestic duty-paid channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective solutions.
