Job Description: As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with potential residents and current clients to understand their needs and preferences. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our residents have an exceptional experience at our properties. Some key responsibilities include:

* Answering questions from potential residents to define what they want and need
* Scheduling apartment and community tours with potential applicants
* Selling the value of community features as they relate to the customer's needs to close the sale
* Following up regularly with potential leads to ensure timely resolutions
* Maintaining excellent relationships with potential and current residents through proactive communication and follow-up
* Providing high-level customer service by resolving requests, complaints, comments, and Work Order requests promptly and effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, a sales mentality, and the ability to multitask. You should be able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential. Familiarity with office software and equipment is necessary, including computers, calculators, and other office tools.
