Account Management Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our account management team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of successfully leading teams, growing high-value accounts, exceeding sales targets, and cultivating strong customer relationships.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive account management strategy aligned with our Corporates segment's strategy to drive new customer acquisition, expand customer relationships, and renewal sales within assigned territories.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing account management team, fostering a positive and results-oriented environment through sales process excellence.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders, building trust and credibility through consistent communication and exceptional service.

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from existing customers.
