We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Group Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at the luxurious Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert incoming enquiries into sales opportunities and maximize revenue
  • Manage and coordinate group and event schedules to optimize yield
  • Develop and execute a consistent up-selling approach to increase sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Conduct hotel site inspections and ensure seamless event execution

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Flexibility to respond to changing work situations and ability to work under pressure
