The Hotel Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is a luxury hotel that embodies style and elegance. As a Luxury Sales Executive, you will be responsible for receiving and converting incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue. You will manage the group and event schedule to maximize yield, focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach, and build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
  • Manage the group and event schedule to maximize yield
  • Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
  • Arrange and carry out Hotel site inspections
  • Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
  • Participate in hotel promotional activities

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • One year experience with experience in a sales role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
  • Strong selling and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
