Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and goal-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team in one of our Luxury stores in Madrid. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxury selling experience, and achieving individual sales goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized attention to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Stock Control: Manage and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English, with a conversation level of proficiency.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales for a premium or luxury brand.
