We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Gucci Sales Consultant at Luxury Goods Spain, S.L.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of Gucci products and brand history.
- Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories, ensuring customers receive tailored recommendations.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, dealing with diverse nationalities and personalities, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, utilizing CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential ones.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, promoting collaboration and effective solutions.
- Manage visual displays of products in accordance with Gucci visual standards, ensuring a cohesive and appealing store environment.
- Ensure store functional maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to Corporate policies and procedures.
- Follow Company grooming standards and policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
- Excellent commercial awareness and customer attitude.
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to diverse customers.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- Luxury product knowledge.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
