About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Gucci Sales Consultant at Luxury Goods Spain, S.L.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of Gucci products and history.
  • Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories, ensuring customers receive tailored recommendations.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, dealing with diverse nationalities and personalities, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, utilizing CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential ones.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, promoting collaboration and effective solutions.
  • Manage visual displays of products in accordance with Gucci visual standards, ensuring a cohesive and appealing store environment.
  • Ensure store functional maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to Corporate policies and procedures.
  • Follow Company grooming standards and policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
  • Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and customer attitude.
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to diverse customers.
  • Team-player mentality.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Luxury product knowledge.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
