We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seller Engagement Associate to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon Selling Partners in meeting their compliance needs and growing their businesses across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for our Selling Partners.
- Compliance Support: Assist Selling Partners in understanding and complying with EU legislations, including tax, product, and sustainability requirements.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with internal teams, including Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, and Payments, to ensure seamless issue resolution and process improvements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the seller experience and drive business growth.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German is mandatory, with additional EU languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish being an advantage.
We are a diverse and dynamic team of over 300 members from 25 nationalities, with a strong focus on innovation, inclusion, and building others. Our team is located in sunny Barcelona and is passionate about delivering exceptional results while having fun.
Requirements- Language: English and German (additional EU languages an advantage)
- Experience: 6+ months in a customer service or contact center environment
- Skills: Excellent communication, composure, and professional attitude; strong prioritization and time management skills; ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
