About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Spanish Market. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing, and developing a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing, and develop a strong customer experience.
  • Identify, navigate, and support prospect clients throughout their decision-making process.
  • Develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Establish and regularly conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to effectively drive prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Provide a reliable and accurate forecast of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous experience dealing with customers and sales experience.
  • Possess a passion for sales, ambition, and a focus on achieving team goals.
  • Be tech-savvy and have a natural passion for digital innovation.
  • Demonstrate presentation skills and the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging based on customer insights.
  • Have social selling proficiency and utilize online tools effectively.
  • Be a good communicator and empathize quickly with people.
  • Be proactive and willing to put forward new ideas.
  • Be analytical, accountable, and detail-oriented.
  • Have forecasting and pipeline management experience and critical communication skills.
  • A proficient level of Spanish is required, and professional English is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using typical sales tools, such as Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Experience in sales/B2B at a SaaS-based company or digital-transformation environments.
  • Understanding of how to implement an efficient qualification methodology that nurtures curiosity, urgency, and intent.
