Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience Department. This role involves providing timely assistance to students with technical issues, working closely with our Tech Support team to build knowledge and expand services. Key responsibilities include:
- Helping students resolve tech-related problems, such as data loss, frontend display issues, mailing glitches, and common connection errors.
- Collaborating with departments like Finance, Marketing, Tech, and Customer Experience.
- Participating in a cross-functional team of Developers, UX/UI Designers, QAs, and Value Managers, where your voice is valued.
We utilize tools like Jira, MongoDB, SnowFlake, and Salesforce to report and resolve issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Capacity to learn daily about new problems, understand student needs, be organized, and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic knowledge of network configurations, browsers, devices, and their features.
- Proficiency in Excel (Spreadsheet).
- Ability to teach others how to solve medium-complex problems effectively.
- A constant desire to learn and quickly adapt to new information.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Comfortable expressing yourself in English (our team is multicultural, and meetings are typically held in English).
While not mandatory, experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot and Jira Service Desk would be beneficial.
Benefits

- A flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, 16:00 to 21:00.
- 28 vacation days per year, including 25 days of your choice, plus December 24 and December 31.
- A competitive salary range based on experience.
- On-call duty once a month, compensated with a bonus or equivalent.
