SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a talented Digital Sales Representative to drive sales growth through proactive outreach and strategic sales tactics in our Madrid Hub. Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual with effective communication skills, well-organized, and a knack for persuasion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts.

The Path to Success

  • Within the first month, goals will include completing the Getting Started Checklist, attending HR onboarding sessions, accessing Identity University, and familiarizing yourself with the High-Level Function Org Chart.
  • Complete Challenger Sales Training, make use of video collateral to augment onboarding training, learn the SailPoint pitch, and meet the team – Digital Sales, AE’s, Marketing, Channel, Sales Leadership.
  • Meet your buddy, set up bi-weekly meetings & 1 to 1’s with your manager, listen in and shadow your first discovery call, and ensure access to and familiarity with all tools in your digital tech stack.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in how to uncover corporate insights and persona-based imperatives, sequence prospects effectively, action all leads within time-bound SLAs, and convert to opportunities within Salesforce.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills and a knack for persuasion.
  • A deep understanding of digital sales techniques and software as a service (SaaS) opportunity creation and sales.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ability to learn new tools quickly.
