Job Description:

This part-time position is based in Spain and requires 20 hours of work per week. As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by connecting with fitness companies, understanding their challenges, and scheduling demos to showcase Virtuagym's revolutionary solutions. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and mutual support. Our company culture emphasizes teamwork, continuous learning, and making a meaningful impact on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a personalized client list and engage with around 50 leads or accounts daily.
  • Schedule demos to showcase Virtuagym's innovative solutions and address the unique needs of each client.
  • Become the voice of Virtuagym, building strong connections and fostering interest in our products.
Requirements:

  • A commercial mindset with a focus on results-driven achievements.
  • A passion for sports, health, and fitness.
  • Native-level language skills in Spanish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A strong affinity for sales and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A high level of self-ownership and responsibility, combined with a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility and availability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales, client success, or hospitality, would be beneficial.

  • A competitive salary of €28,000 - €32,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
  • The opportunity to work remotely from Spain while being connected to our Amsterdam-based office.
