Real Estate Sales Professional for Luxury Properties

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate sales professional to join our team at Spain Home Luxury in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the complete process of listing and selling luxury properties in the Valencia area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and list high-end properties in the Valencia region.
- Manage and contact leads, both international and domestic, generating your own portfolio of clients.
- Perform market analysis to estimate property values.
- Directly interact with property owners to advertise their properties and with clients to arrange viewings.
- Show properties and follow up with potential buyers, maintaining an updated list of available properties and providing feedback after each visit.
Requirements:
- Availability to work as an independent contractor (autónomo).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Real Estate sales.
- Passion for sales and the Real Estate sector.
- Proactivity, dynamism, and ability to thrive in dynamic and flexible environments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in French or Dutch a plus.
- A car is required, and living in the Valencia area is necessary.
