Luxury Property Sales Representative

We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to join our team as a Luxury Property Sales Representative in the Valencia area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the complete process of listing and selling high-end properties in the region.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion for real estate to leverage their skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have the autonomy to manage your own leads, create your own portfolio of clients, and perform market analysis to estimate property values.
- Search and list luxury properties in the Valencia area, catering to international buyers and sellers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, generating repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to provide accurate valuations of properties.
- Direct contact with owners to showcase their properties and with potential buyers to arrange viewings.
- Showcase properties, gather feedback, and maintain an updated database of available properties.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in high-end properties.
- Proven sales skills, with a track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in French or Dutch a plus.
- The ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Candidates must be based in the Valencia area and have access to a vehicle.
