Strategic Sales Director for Real Estate Expansion

Tm Grupo Inmobiliario seeks a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales activities within a designated geographic area for the real estate sector.

Job Description:

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing relationships expansion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee and deliver sales and marketing strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and investors.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Compensation: Competitive salary range is between $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus performance-based commission.
