Top Sales Executive EMEA South Growth Initiative

This role is a critical piece of our company's growth initiatives in the EMEA region. As a Partner Sales Executive, you will be part of a growing team and build, operationalize, and own the plan for partner-led business in your sales territory.
Main Responsibilities:- Recruit and onboard new partners to achieve revenue and profitability growth goals for the region and segment.
- Evaluate and assess existing partners' capacity and capability, and enable them on key Zendesk value propositions and sales plays.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with top partners, reviewing progress quarterly and taking remedial actions if necessary.
- Liaise between the Zendesk Partner ecosystem and the Zendesk Sales Team to facilitate GTM activities and introductions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Partner Marketing to build and implement joint GTM activities for top-of-the-funnel Partner pipeline and revenue.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, a 'hunter' mentality, and a passion for achieving both partner and customer success. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a high-tech SaaS company. Quota-carrying experience and proficiency in software applications like Google Apps and CRM are also required.
About You:- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), including video conference presence.
- Strong analytical skills, experience building reports and dashboards, and working with BI tools.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian and other languages an advantage.
- An estimated salary of €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
