What You'll DoThis role involves developing and executing strategies for identifying and closing new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing partnerships with mid-market companies to promote Deel's global payroll solutions;
- Collaborating with in-country account executives to drive pipeline growth through demand generation activities;
- Navigating complex organizational structures to map stakeholders, build champions, and close deals with C-level executives;
- Effectively communicating the value proposition to clients through proposals and presentations;
- Working closely with your dedicated SDR to execute your GTM strategy and manage all sales activity in Salesforce.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of two years of experience as an AE selling global payroll solutions at a unicorn start-up or tech company;
- Strong experience in prospecting and self-generating pipeline;
- Proven ability to develop champions and execute complex sales cycles where leveraging internal resources is key;
- Experience with process/playbook selling is a plus.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
