Account Manager, Madrid

At Expedia Group, we're building a more open world, and we're looking for a talented Account Manager to join our team in Madrid. As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of travel by building strong relationships with our medium-sized partners in the Northern Europe and Southeastern Europe Region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a portfolio of around 6 to 10 partners at any given time, providing leadership and guidance to ensure successful partnerships.
- Implement business strategies and position Expedia Group as the partner of choice for our medium-sized partners.
- Accurately diagnose known and unknown partner business needs and collaborate with other teams to develop mutually beneficial deals.
- Renegotiate and renew contracts with partners to drive strong post-launch results.
- Identify best practices and share them with affiliate partners to drive growth and success.
- Proficiency in English, with other European languages beneficial (e.g. Swedish, Dutch, Romanian, or German).
- Minimum 3 years of B2B Account Management experience in the Travel industry, with strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
- Proven experience working with sales incentives and familiarity with marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM) and analytics.
- Skilled in navigating complex organizational structures and engaging board-level stakeholders to drive positive decisions.
