Job Description

Expedia Group is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Private Label Solutions team in Madrid. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling relationships with medium-sized partners in the Southern European region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of around 15 partners at any given time in the Southern European region
  • Implement business strategies and position PLS as partner of choice
  • Accurately diagnose known and unknown partner business needs and collaborate with other teams
  • Renegotiate and renew contracts with partners to develop mutually beneficial deals
  • Identify best practices and proactively share them with affiliate partners

Requirements:

  • Highly fluent in English, Spanish, and an additional European language (French and/or Italian)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B Account Management experience in the Travel industry
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term strategic relationships
