Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Imperial Brands Plc. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and enhancing our organizational capabilities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic objectives and enhance business performance
  • Influence business strategy by providing relevant insight into workforce and culture
  • Translate business strategy into people strategies and engage with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and facilitate change to unlock business value
  • Support the roll-out of global policies and frameworks
  • Work with senior leaders to support the roll-out and embedding of strategic initiatives
  • Manage, cascade, and monitor global processes

Requirements

  • Evidence of providing strategic HR partnering within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business strategy into people strategy
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning
  • Ability to coach and influence senior managers
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
