About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Imperial Brands. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving strategic objectives and enhancing business performance across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive cultural transformation and improve employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance leadership and management skills.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
