We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Imperial Brands Plc. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and enhancing our organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to support the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational development needs.
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Provide coaching and development support to senior leaders to enhance their leadership skills and capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a strategic HR business partner role, preferably in a manufacturing or global organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
