About the Role

Salve Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager with Spanish language proficiency to join our innovative team. As a key player in managing client accounts and driving strategic growth across our target markets, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and advance your career.

About You

We are looking for a motivated professional with at least 2 years of relevant experience in technical sales, preferably in channel sales or with partners and distributors. Native or fluent Spanish language skills (verbal and written) and fluency in English (minimum B2 level) are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee partner performance and forecasting using tracking tools.
  • Manage partner pipeline, identify new opportunities, and drive profitable deal closures.
  • Develop and grow a portfolio of partners, focusing on their sales, growth, and profitability.
  • Analyze partner market and competition, assess reseller interest, and set growth targets.
  • Define goals for resellers, identify gaps in program qualification/certification, and implement strategies to address these gaps.
  • Train partner sales teams on products and solutions, building partner loyalty.
  • Ensure partners leverage promotions, events, and programs effectively.
  • Collaborate with partners to boost revenue and assist in closing major deals.
  • Drive attach rates with resellers.
  • Coordinate internal resources to support partners, enhancing joint revenue and utilizing success-driven methods to boost sales.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native or fluent Spanish language skills (verbal and written) and fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical sales; experience in channel sales or with partners and distributors is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with channel programs.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
