Job Summary:
Gartner is seeking a Sr. Manager, Retention Programs to lead our renewal programs and drive growth across the organization. This role will be responsible for creating scalable action plans, leading presentations in planning sessions, and driving strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The Role:
This Sr. Manager will own actions, measure progress, and lead initiatives/complex projects to completion with action-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 5-7+ years of experience in completing complex analyses and solving challenging business problems as a business analyst/consultant at a top-tier consulting firm or investment banking associate. A Master's degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead deal support through cross-functional influencing skills on high-value/most complex renewals
- Implement programs ensuring Gartner's retention and growth strategy
- Create scalable action plans and lead presentations in planning sessions and strategy meetings with Senior Leaders
- Drive strong collaboration with Client Value Managers (CVMs) and Center of Excellence partners to build strong business cases for renewal and growth of large deals

What We Offer:
Gartner offers world-class benefits, highly competitive compensation, and disproportionate rewards for top performers. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is USD 150,000 - USD 250,000 per year.
