Airline Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Airline Account Manager to join our team at Trip.com Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with airlines, negotiating business agreements, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain cooperative relations with airlines, negotiate business agreements, and ensure successful implementation.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve air ticket business targets in the region, identifying and exploring new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments, including overseas business colleagues, marketing, product, revenue management, and operations teams, to drive business growth and market share.
- Analyze complex data to inform revenue growth and market share strategies, leveraging powerful insights to drive business results.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the airlines industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, logical thinking, and project management skills.
- Proven experience in managing large accounts and negotiating contracts.
- In-depth understanding of the tourism industry, with experience in travel technology products preferred.
- Keen market sense, strong data analysis ability, clear thinking, and result-oriented.
- Excellent business coordination ability, strong pressure resistance, and ability to work independently.
Proficient in English and Spanish, with the role based in Spain.
