Account Manager Job Description

Accommodations Plus International is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Account Manager. This position is responsible for managing existing client relationships with our airlines and partners, with a focus on maximizing revenue and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing: Oversee the direction of existing API accounts to expand market share and meet revenue quotas.
  • Assist with Sourcing: Initiate the RFP process and work closely with the Research & Sourcing team to provide destination details.
  • Contracting: Execute hotel contract negotiations, monitor market conditions, and conduct risk management to ensure the best rates and contract terms.
  • Day-to-Day Account Management: Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and share leads with hotel and airline partners.
  • CrewCare: Manage crew member feedback, add new hotels to the system, and ensure accurate information.
  • Hotel Express: Load and maintain negotiated rates for Crew, Business, and Leisure Travel.
  • ACES: Verify hotel contract information and review schedules monthly to ensure hotels are downloading their schedules.
