Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administration Trainee to join our Legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the development of our document management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Organization and Archiving: Develop and maintain an efficient document archiving system, ensuring seamless access to relevant documents for authorized personnel.
  • Document Retrieval and Storage: Retrieve documents upon request and implement a long-term storage strategy for legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Training: Ensure all documentation practices comply with relevant regulations and train staff on proper document management and usage practices.
  • Audit Assistance: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Previous internship or work experience in a legal or administrative setting is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with document management software and administrative technology, proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, and knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
  • Talent Skills: Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
