Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Trainee to join our commercial claims team. As a Claims Trainee, you will assist with claim administration tasks, work closely with the hub team leader and Claims Processors, and develop technical and claims administration skills on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Claim Administration: Assist in the timely delivery of claims administrative tasks, ensuring data quality and integrity by accurately entering claims data and maintaining documentation in relevant systems.
  2. Hub Team Collaboration: Work closely with the hub team leader and Claims Processors to ensure seamless claim administration processes.
  3. Training and Development: Continuously develop technical and claims administration skills through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities.
  4. Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service for various claim administration tasks and standard settlements.
Requirements
  1. Language Proficiency: Advanced level in English (C1) is a must.
  2. Native/Bilingual Proficiency: Native/bilingual proficiency in Dutch, French, German, or Italian is required.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in law is preferred.
  4. Insurance Knowledge: Basic knowledge of commercial insurance is preferred.
  5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to work within time constraints.
  6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
  7. Work Experience: Experience of working independently or as part of a team, with self-motivation.
