About the Role

Bluequo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administration and Labour Relations Trainee to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with laws and policies, and contributing to HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administrative Support
    • Assist in data entry, record keeping, and generating reports to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information.
    • Support the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of employee files and documentation.
  • Labour Relations Support
    • Assist in managing labour relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
    • Provide support for employee relations initiatives and investigations.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives
    • Contribute to cross-functional projects related to global HR initiatives, such as talent management, workforce planning, and HR technology implementations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights from HR data and create informative reports for management.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and implement improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HRIS systems (e.g., Personio, Workday), and data analysis tools.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, employment law, and HR best practices. Familiarity with Spanish labour law is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
