Head of Labour Relations and HR Administration

At Ferrer, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Labour Relations and HR Administration team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all matters related to labour relations and payroll, as well as HR administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the payroll team to ensure an efficient and accurate payroll process, complying with internal policies and government regulations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive labour relations strategy that promotes collaboration and effective communication between management, employees, and employee representatives.
- Negotiate fair and beneficial labour agreements, collective contracts, and labour clauses with unions and worker organizations.
- Facilitate the effective resolution of labour disputes through negotiation and mediation, maintaining a focus on conciliation and mutual understanding.
- Provide advice and guidance to management and line managers on labour relations matters, including conflict resolution and strategic decision-making.
- Participate in the investigation and resolution of issues related to workplace harassment, discrimination, and employee complaints.
- Lead the HR Data Management and Analytics team to ensure robust data sources and provide insights to support strategic planning and data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in law or Labour Relations, with a Master's or Postgraduate degree in HR or a related field being an asset.
- At least 10 years of solid work experience in labour relations management in an industrial environment, with international experience being desirable.
- Proven experience in leading teams, with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluent communication skills in English, with good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and a global view, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and unions.
