We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources and Administration Executive to join our team in EU/UK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resource responsibilities in EU and UK, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Operations: Manage a full spectrum of HR functions and operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance.
- Payroll Management: Prepare, monitor, and coordinate with the Finance team regarding monthly payroll computation, staff claims, and processing.
- Training and Development: Oversee and manage the planning and execution of training programs to develop and retain high-performing talents.
- Performance Appraisal and Talent Management: Ensure probationary and annual performance evaluations are done in a timely manner, manage employee relations, and organize employee engagement events.
- Recruitment: Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy, source and attract candidates, and conduct interviews.
- 5 years of relevant Senior experience in Human Resources and Administration with exposure in handling EU and UK HR functions.
- Ability to effectively work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Experience in managing and facilitating HR activities with multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to details.
- A self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Experience in HRIS System or payroll process.
- Knowledge in EU/UK labour laws and its mandatory requirements in terms of hiring and dismissal.
- Fluent English (B2) and Spanish language skills.
