Job Description

The HR Business Partner will play a key role in delivering a first-class employee experience by empowering our talent and helping the business increase its profitability and brand equity.

This position has a high content in labour relations and will work closely with our Stores and Area Managers to implement the business strategy from a people perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a talent structure by selecting the best talents and helping them grow through training and development paths.
  • Provide guidance on people practices, including labour law issues, payroll, and Union Committees, with the advice of HQ specialists.
  • Influence and build relationships with people around the business by visiting or maintaining contact regularly with store staff and coaching and providing feedback to management to help improve business efficiency.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently, in compliance with procedures and deadlines.
  • Management of priorities, identifying and responding to emergencies.
  • Able to multitask and deliver quick and accurate answers regarding people issues.
  • Collaborate in the elaboration of projects that have an impact on the teams.
  • Data analysis, elaboration, and monitoring of staff cost budgets to correct deviations.
Requirements of the Position
  • Minimum experience in a generalist HR role of 3-4 years.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Master's Degree is desirable.
  • English level C1.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
