HR Labour Relations Specialist

Thales Alenia Space España is seeking a highly skilled HR Labour Relations Specialist to join our team in Madrid Tres Cantos, Spain. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating labour relations activities and payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare payroll data to send to the external payroll provider with all the variables per month.
- Employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including data collection and bank transfers.
- Assist and support during the implementation of salary review process in Workday.
- Monitor extra working hours and working shifts, and prepare monthly data for the pension plan.
- Generate HR reports for governmental institutions (INE) and prepare the annual payroll calendar.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, and manage absenteeism and analyse absenteeism KPI's.
- Manage smart-working contracts, prepare HR documents and certificates for employees, and manage the HR mailbox.
- Labour Relations: Prepare trimestral documentation for unions, and send retention certificates to employees that left the company.
- HR Solutions and Reporting: Ensure databases are updated and the information is accurate, and input, update, and revise changes in salary.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience would be a plus.
