About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Insurance Trainee. As a Travel Insurance Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the regional travel insurance area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Travel Sharepoint, ensuring wordings, IPIDs, DRE versions are kept updated.
- Monitor Travel EMEA inbox and handle BAU requests such as data patching.
- Provide UAT assistance for CRs/Projects in test phase.
- Raise support tickets for live issues reported to EMEA.
- Perform general administration tasks, including maintaining CRS folders on shared drive, Sharepoint, MIDC planner, and ad-hoc reports.
- Manage CRS user administration.
Requirements:
- Native or bilingual level in Spanish.
- Advanced level of English (C1).
- Advanced third language level.
- Possibility of an agreement with a university or business school.
- Insurance background is preferred.
- Competent in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
What We Offer:
- This position is offered on a scholarship terms contract.
- Flexible scheduling (09:00 - 15:00 pm) Monday to Friday.
